Can I purchase just the side panels?

I did contact B&W on your behalf. If by side panel you are referring to the side panels of the upright arms that hold the head of the hitch in place, we do sell the Replacement Base # BWRVB3200 for the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200. However if you just need those arms or the base plate side panels, a direct contact to B&W would be your next step. Depending on the situation, they may be able to sell or cover through warranty those replacement parts.
