Will Lug Nut Covers Go Back On
Updated 09/25/2019 | Published 09/24/2019 >
Question:
The mechanic could not replace the lug nuts covers after they were taken off to rotate tires. They went back on loosely and clearly would not have stayed on. Are these one use lug Covers?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Lug nut covers such as the Wheel Masters Lug Nut Covers # WM8012 are not described as "one-time use" but these use friction to stay on so once they are taken off they will definitely be loose and may not be able to stay on, which means you would need to replace them.
