I spoke with Yakima and they informed me that the Yakima BigCatch Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs part # Y04091 will fit on the lower level of the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer part # Y08129 and will then allow you to secure your Hobie Tandem Mirage Kayak. The BigCatch has a 150 lb weight capacity and works with very larger crossbars so you will not have any issues. I will however say that most customers just use ratchet straps and pads to secure a kayak to the crossbars on the lower level but the BigCatch will be more secure.
In order to secure your bikes to the upper level you can use the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier part # Y02103 as this doesn't require you to remove your front wheels.
