Everchill Refrigerator for RVs Will Not Get Cold

Question:

I have the 12 V ever chill refrigerator and having cooling issues with it cant get the refrigerator to cool past 40?This is a brand new unit in my forest river lacrosse 2019 model

First you want to make sure the refrigerator portion of the Everchill Refrigerator part # 324-000119 has the temperature control setting turned down. Another thing to check is to make sure the refrigerator is getting full 12V power from the power source in the River Lacrosse. Check to see the 12V battery is not drained.

If the temperature control is turned down and the power source is good, you may want to take it to technician.
