I assume you were referencing the Replacement Double-Panel On/Off Switch for Atwood Gas and Electric Combination Water Heaters # AT91230 as there is not a part 92230. I have added a diagram of the instructions for you, and you'll hook up three of the connections to your water heater - the blue (lock-out lamp), orange (gas) and white (electric). You will then connect one of the terminals to a 12 volt battery and the other will be ground.

This panel is compatible with the Atwood RV Water Heater # AT94022.
