It looks like you have a standard 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 trailer roof vent but you would want to measure to be sure. The second step is to look at the hinge portion of your cover. It looks like you may have a metal continuous hinge but I have added examples for you to be sure.
I recommend Vent Cover for Ventline Old Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents part # BV0554-01 for a metal continuous hinge. I have added an installation video for your reference.
