Question:

The LCI remote operates the awning, exterior lights, and slide out. Suddenly, after only two years, it stopping charging and is dead as a door nail. Is this covered by integrity or a warranty? I’m shocked that it died and even more shocked at the replacement cost. Can you help to get this replaced?

It sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System part # LC358601 or the Replacement New-Style Linc Analog Remote part # LC292614 but if not just send me a photo of what you have now. In regards to warranty, the above remotes have a one year warranty from the date of purchase so it sounds like you will have to replace this on your own unfortunately.
