Question:
I have a 2009 infiniti QX56 model not equipped with towing package and has no wiring ready to install one. Am looking for a solution as am planning to have an rv and I need to have trailer brake and lighting connected and controlled.

To tow with your 2009 Infiniti QX56 without the factory tow package we can get you everything you need, including the wiring and brake controller. You will also need a trailer hitch if you do not have one installed, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13188.
To add a brake controller you will need the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975. The controller I recommend is the Brake EVN # TK63VR because it is easy to use, is a proportional controller which will give you smooth and controlled braking, but is still the most economical option - a combination you can't beat.
To install this controller you will also need the Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Nissan and Infiniti # 3050-P. I have added links to some video reviews for you to check out as well.
