Will this suspension system work with RP50087-58. I am looking to install a fifth wheel hitch onto my 2018 f-150 5.5’ box. Just wondering which install kit and air suspension would work in tandem for this setup.

We do have air suspension that will work with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50087-58 for your 2018 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed, though I checked with Air Lift and the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59570 you referenced are not compatible with a 5th wheel hitch.
Instead, the right kit is going to depend on if your '18 F-150 is a 2WD or 4WD. If you have a 2-wheel drive you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57268; if you have a 4-wheel drive you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385, both of which will work with the Reese install kit.
