What Size Opening in Trailer Roof Does MaxxFan Roof Vent # MA00-04000K Fit

Hi, Would like to install this vent on a van that hasnt had a vent before. Is there a template that would come with the instructions to cut the hole out? Thanks, Vent is: MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 10 Speed - White

The MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-04000K and roof vents similar are designed to fit 14.5 inch by 14.5 inch rough cut openings. The lip on the garnish is pretty wide too so you don't have to be super exact with these dimensions so what you'd just need to do is get as close as you can to a 14.5 inch by 14.5 inch square opening.
