Bearings and Seal Replacement for Trailer with Dexter 2,000 lb Axle

I recently purchased a used utility trailer that came equipped with a Dexter axel. Im having trouble finding the correct kit. Although the Dexter plaque is visible on the axel, the serial number is hard to make out. Its a P-11 axel Model SLR SND4406432. It has no brakes and is a light duty 2000lbs. trailer. Can you steer me to the correct bearing kit? Thanks
