I have a 2019f350 supercrew diesal with 8 ft bed want to know if it will fit and if its complete with what I need to install on its original mounting spots on my truck Im trying to get more performance out of my truck and am purchasing the f5 flash paq super chip to go with us this a good combo

Yes, the Magnaflow filter back system part # MF17067 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 SuperCrew with an 8 foot bed. It comes with everything needed to install aside from basic hand tools. It would also be a really great option to go along with the SuperChips Flashpaq F5 Programmer part # SU1845 you are planning on purchasing. On it's own the Superchips will give you up to 109 horsepower and 234 ft lbs of torque. The exhaust system will push those numbers a bit higher and will work great together.
