I made the mistake of taking the add literal thinking I was purchasing the bed cover/and rail system including the rack as shown in the picture. Big surprise when I opened the box and found the rack system missing ?? Now that I realize the picture was very misleading, I have to purchase the rack . My question, What rack system? Exactly, do I need to fit this rail for my 2019 Ford F-150? And , I will also need info on the bike system to hold the bikes to the racks. Thank you

For the crossbar system that works perfectly with the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60373 on your 2019 Ford F-150 I recommend the Yakima CoreBar System # Y00422-482104. This includes the two 60" aerodynamic CoreBar crossbars, the 4 Skyline towers that get mounted to the integrated channels on your tonneau cover, and the custom Landing Pads that are designed specifically for those tracks and can remain mounted even when you remove the rack and are using the cover.
This system will provide you with a 220 pound weight capacity.
Then for a bike rack I really like Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103 that will hold the bike by its wheels so you don't have to remove it during transit. A bike lock is also included to help protect your investment. For a more economical option I also like the Inno Fork Lock III # INA391, which is a fork-mount carrier with integrated locks, a lightweight (but durable) aluminum construction, and an adjustable 9-mm quick-release skewer.
