I saw this would fit the Niro’s. I was wondering how much weight it could take. My Dad needs a way to get his victory 4 wheel scooter out with him.

The Curt hitch part # C13329 that you referenced is a fit for the 2017 Kia Niro and has a tongue weight capacity of 525 lbs. You'd have to make sure the weight of the carrier and the scooter is less than 525 lbs and if so this would work well.
