Question:
Im wondering if I can use this hose to add length to the factory hose that runs between my camper and the 30# tank. I want to relocate the tanks about 3 feet away from its current housing.

There is not really a good way to add length to the main factory hose that runs between the camper and the 30 lb tank unless you just replace the whole hose. The Camco part # CAM59883 would not have the fittings you need to extend the factory hose.
I recommend to use an extended pig tail between the tank and the regulator with the 5 foot MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail part # 100575-60-MBS. This is the longest pigtail we have available.
