The roof rack I recommend for your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab High Country to use with the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier part # TH898 is the Yakima JetStream System which consists of part # Y00427, part # Y28TR, and part # Y06110 (2). This is currently the only option available as of August 2019.
