Could Greystone Induction Cooktop Replace Gas Gooktop in RV

I want to remove my gas cooktop and replace it with the Graystone. Can this be done safely?

You'd have to remove your old gas cooktop which would require turning off the gas supply for it but there's no reason you couldn't replace it with the Greystone Induction Cooktop for RVs # 324-000127 that you referenced.
