Will these brackets work on a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500? I have bull bar e series but brackets do not fit frame?

So the thing about all of the Westin bull bars and grille guards is that the guard/bar and the hardware are both made to fit specific vehicle applications. So what that means for you Eric is that there isn't a way to adapt the bull bar you have now to fit your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and you'd have to go with a new bar that does fit your truck like the # 31-5950 which will easily fit your truck.
The hardware for this guard is # 31-595PK.
