Can I connect the led light wire directly to the speaker wires

The amperage that powers the speaker of the Marine Speaker part # 324-000020 can not be used to light the LED of the speaker. If you were planning on activating the light you'd have to run a separate 12 volt power wire for just the light. For example, the voltage on speaker wire is typically about 30 volts but that varies quite a bit and cannot power a 12 volt light.
