I have a curt E16 that was monted to rails in the back of my Ford 250. I bought a 2019 F350 but it has the OEM mounts i believe they call it puck system do you sell an adapter for the 5th wheel head

We do have a leg kit that will allow you to install your E16 Curt hitch # C16115 into the factory fifth wheel rail kit of your 2019 Ford F-350. The part number you need is the # C16017 and you'd be set. You'll attach the head of your E16 to this leg kit and you'll basically have the # C16515-16017 which is the E16 designed for the factory Ford fifth wheel rail kit.
