I just bought a 2019 holiday rambler 29m and live in PA. what is the best cover to use in this region ???

Adco recommends the # 290-34824 for the weather that's encountered in your area. This is Adco's recommendation for all climates, as well as being the recommended size for your 31 foot motorhome. Four of the Tyre Gards like the # 290-3973 you mentioned are also included with is important as exposure to UV radiation will prematurely break down the rubber compounds in the tire.
