I am happy to help you figure out which springs you need for the 2001 Cougar 5th wheel however trailer manufacturers do not make the spring length information readily available so I cannot tell you what the spring length is. To pick out a replacement spring you want to measure the length of your spring without any weight on it center of spring eye to center of other spring eye. For example: the 4-leaf double-eye spring part # e54SR measures 25-1/8" spring eye to spring eye. You also need to know the axle capacity of your trailer to make sure they are properly rated.
