Do I need to drill any holes for this bracket or just hang over frame of trailer and tighten supplied bolts after determine distance for bar

The Replacement Hook Up Brackets for Curt Weight Distribution Systems part # C17208 are replacement brackets for the Curt weight distribution systems. They do not require drilling because they clamp on with the included hardware and fit trailer frames up to 2-3/4" wide. The bracket positioning depends on the weight distribution system.

Thank you for the photo of what appears to be a spring bar lift bracket for a weight distribution system. I checked all such replacement parts we offer and it looks like you have a Curt system that uses part #C17208.
