If you don't have any power to the running light pin on the trailer connector on your Ford F-150 then most likely you just have a blown fuse. If you check in your owner's manual or on the underside of the engine bay fuse box lid that should then tell you which fuse to check. If the fuse is good then the next thing you will want to do is start tracing as much of the wire back as possible while checking for breaks.
