Whats the difference between the TH43001XT AND THE TH43000 2 OR 3. Would the th43001XT fit on an 2004 F250 super duty

That's a good question but the only difference between these part numbers is that they fit different trucks, and we absolutely have a TracRac SR ladder rack that will fit your 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty, it just depends on the bed size you have.
For a 6-1/2 foot bed you need the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-510.
If your '04 F-250 has an 8 foot bed you need the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-010.
This ladder rack is going to allow you to carry copious amounts of cargo with its 1,250 lb capacity, and it's easy to use as well with it's included load stops. I have added a link to a video review of this rack for you to check out.
