Yes, the Warn M8000 Winch uses a 10" x 4-1/2" mounting pattern which the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate part # C31010 will accept so they can be used together just fine. The 10" x 4-1/2" mounting pattern is an industry standard mounting pattern for most winches up to a certain capacity.
