We can help you select the right electric winch for your car trailer that will be able to handle the vehicle's 3500-lb weight and the slope of your trailer's loading ramp. For reference I linked an article that has great helpful information on many types of electric winches.
For a 3500-lb vehicle pulled up even a 40-degree slope the Bulldog Winch # BDW10032 that you referenced is an excellent choice. This winch can handle pulling even an 8000-lb vehicle up a 40-degree slope so it will have plenty of capacity/safety margin for your application.
