The Replacement Locking Paddle Handle for UWS Toolboxes # UWSLOCKING definitely looks like it has the same dimensions as the locking handle on your Delta 792260R1 toolbox so I'd imagine that you can interchange these.
The biggest difference that I see is that your handle uses 5 rivets where this handle uses 4 spaces and they don't quite match up. This means that you may need to modify your toolbox a little to get it to fit. I attached a photo with the dimensions of the mounting holes for you to check out to help you determine if this is possible as well as a photo showing the back locking mechanism so you can see if it is comparable to how your toolbox locks.
