Can you tell me the cutout dimensions needed, including the rivet holes, to mount this latch?

I just went out to our warehouse to get the measurement from top to bottom left bolt hole and confirmed the other measurements we have on our product page for the Replacement Locking Paddle Handle for UWS Toolboxes # UWSLOCKING. I attached a photo with all those measurements.
