Question:

PD4655V and PD4655VL are listed as direct lower unit replacements for my Parallax 7355 and for the WFCO 8955. The VL model has a dip switch setting, presumably to disable 4 stage charging and output 14.4 volts used for its AGM and Lead Acid boost mode. Most battery manufacturers including Battle Born seem to prefer 14.6 volts for Lithium that is the specified output of your PD4655LIV. Does the PD4655LIV work as an upgrade for parallax 7355s like the older versions of the PD4655? If not, do you recommend a different product that allows 100 charge?

I spoke with my contact at Progressive Dynamics and they informed me that the Lithium Converter for WFCO RV Power Centers part # PD4655LIV does work as an upgrade for the Parallax 7355. It has the same housing as the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers part # PD4655V. The LIV version has a constant 14.6 VDC output.
