Question:

Will this awning fit on a 2008 Roo 23 SS? Looking to replace mine with this. I was going to replace just the fabric but I would have to do something to the roller to let the new fabric in. So replacing the fabric and roller would be ideal and hopefully less stress and work.

I'm not able to determine what model awning you have on your 2008 Roo 23SS camper but if it's a Lippert/Solera system and you measured 17 feet from the center of one arm to the center of the other the Solera 17' Black Fade Awning Roller and Fabric # LCV000211498 that you referenced will work perfectly as a replacement.

If you have a different brand awning then the roller included with this fabric may still work but I can't guarantee fitment since it hasn't been tested. Lippert has told us though that their Solera rollers are designed and built to industry standards.

Even though the process will be bit harder your only option for a guaranteed fit if you have a different brand awning is to just use the 17 foot fabric by itself with part # LCV000334405, which you can install to your existing roller.
