The B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7522BA for your 2017 Ram 3500 will not block the third brake light or rear cargo camera on the truck. We have verified with B&W that the opening between the top cross rail and small plate beneath it is designed to line up to the light/camera so that it does not obstruct it when installed.
