Yes, I checked with Thule just now and the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2019 GMC Acadia.
We had the chance to install it on a similar 2015 Acadia (see install video link) and found it fit and worked well. YOu may find using a Camco stool like # CAM43676 helpful.
