Can Timbren Axle Less Suspension System Install on C-Channel Trailer Frame
Updated 07/24/2019 | Published 07/23/2019 >
Question:
Is it okay to mount the timbren axle-less system onto a trailer that uses C-channel framing instead of tubing aka harbor freight trailers? I need to upgrade to higher weight capacity. Im hoping the picture I send will show you what I mean about the framing.

We've had this question sent into us before and when we spoke with Timbren they told us that the C-channel frame design will be fine assuming that he open part of the C is on the inboard side and not the outboard side of the frame. If the C opening is on the outboard side you would need to box out the frame by having a professional welder weld the C-closed.
Since your C-opens to the inside of the trailer frame you do not need to do this to install the # ASR2000S01.
