Accessing Replacement Motor for Ventline V2262

I have what appears to be a Ventline v2262 in my bathroom. I cant see how to remove the motor assembly. The motor appears to be mounted to the upper section of the mount, but I dont see any release tabs or pry points. Can you tell me how to remove the motor?

The correct replacement motor for your Ventline V2262-50 bathroom fan is the part # BCD0388-00 and it's held on with a couple nuts on top of the support beam like you see in the attached picture.
To access the fasteners to remove the beam will require you to remove the lid of the vent.
