Question:

If i install the parts needed for the towbar for my jeep can i still install a winch which will also have a bracket that is needed installed. Will they both work together on the jeeps normal front bumper that came with the jeep. thanks

I do have an option for you but the question you are asking all comes down to where the bracket for the winch installs and I cannot answer that for you. The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # 1444-3 which is a fit for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock Edition installs under the front bumper using plates that mount outside the frame rail (see video). If that is where the brackets for the winch install then they won't work together.

That said, if you are wanting to have both a winch and base plate kit installed on the front of your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited then a better option for you is a new front bumper with winch mount and integrated d-rings like the Bestop HighRock Front Bumper with Winch Plate part # B4291001 as you could then use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts part # RM-035-1 to attach any motorhome mounted Roadmaster Tow Bar.
