Any chance you would know if this converter would be a compatible replacement for the pc45 in a 2001 jayco Qwest trailer? Thanks

Most likely the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4045KA that you referenced will fit as a replacement for what you have currently but you'll need to measure your cutout dimensions to be totally sure. This unit is designed to fit cut out dimensions of 10-3/4" long x 7-1/4" tall so if this what you have it will work great, but if you need something different let me know.
