Will the above kit, AL59501, work with the truck listed in the subject? Air Lift AL59501 fit 2003 Chevy 1500hd Crew cab 4x4 quadrasteer? Thanks,

Yes, the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59501 will fit your 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD, you simply need to make sure you have at least 6 inches from the outside of the frame to the inside of the tire, as you can see by the cut out of the linked installation instructions I added for you.

I also strongly recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 with the helper springs because it has a wireless remote control which allows you to adjust the air pressure in each bag from the comfort of your truck's cab. This system also has the ability to maintain a pre-set air pressure if you find that perfect setting that gets your truck level.
