Updated 07/18/2019 | Published 07/16/2019 >
Question:
The inside diameter of my hub is reading 2.03inch and I cant seem to find a grease cap to match. I remeasured and re-remeasured to make sure I wasnt going crazy. The trailer is 2008 triton sea doo trailer but the specs dont seem to fit any of the axels they sell.

Although we do not have any standard grease caps that will work for you based on the dimension that you provided, I would be willing to bet the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors part # BB2047 will fit as it is for a 2.047" hub bore. It can be really hard to measure the inside of a hub accurately and the digital caliper you are using could also be off a bit. The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors are a perfect option for boat trailers because they work really well to keep water out of your hubs and they are super easy to add grease too. The hub bore is also tapered so you would almost certainly be able to make the above work for you.
