I installed the kit yesterday and it’s still charging after more than 24 hours. The orange light is always on. Is this normal? Thanks

To charge a battery through the 12 volt accessory circuit of a vehicle and trailer wiring does take some time. If the battery was in a pretty low state of discharge it would not surprise me that it's still charging.
If you wanted to charge the battery quickly you'd need a charger that plugs into a wall outlet like the part # CTEK56353.
