Is there a U Bolt available that can be used to mount the CE32110G on to a 2” wide tongue that is 3” high?

We do not offer U-bolts for the CE Smith Offset Spool Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers - Galvanized Steel w/ Black Rubber - 4" # CE32110G, and the mounting holes for these are 2-1/2" apart on center and there is a better option for you. I recommend the CE Smith Keel Roller Assembly for 2" Wide Trailer Tongues - Galvanized Steel and Black Rubber # CE32005G which is designed to fit a trailer tongue with a 2" width.
