Will Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner Work With 2007 Chevy Silverado New Body Tow

Question:

I have an 07 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3 it has the drop down to 4 cylinders I would like to tow a 28 foot camper trailer or will this chip help with that and I heard if you shut down the fuel management system you have to get a smaller oil pump or you'll have issues is that true with this chip or is there programming to take care that I just worry about the long term health of my engine Im going to be towing 2 and a 1/2 hours each trip up a mountain bass stock truck with 7000 miles
