Are Round Replacement Foot Pads for Power Landing Gear an Upgrade

Question:

Are these pads stronger than the OE pads? I have already bent the other pads and my snap pads wont stay on them, The LC314667 I have a 2018 Sportscoach 41 foot weights 30,250 lbs

The Lippert Components 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Foot Pad # LC314667 are absolutely an upgrade over standard foot pads for power landing gear systems. The reason for that is 2-fold: 1) they are large at 9 inches in diameter which means they are much wider than what you have, helping to distribute weight and 2) they are round, which means they are going to be more stable than a standard rectangular foot because they more evenly distribute the weight.
