Is there a replacement crank handle available for this product?

While there isn't a specific replacement topwind handle for the Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack PS1400600303 we do have something that will work, the Top Wind Trailer Jack Handle # JP02-010.
This handle is designed to fit Fulton jacks, but Pro Series jacks are from the same manufacturer and both use 1/4 inch diameter bolts so it will work perfectly..
