The Curt Hitch part # C13290 for the 2016 - 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class GLC300 is the best option for the 2019 Mercedes GLC300. I cannot compare the Curt hitch to your previous hitch on the Mercedes GLK350 because I would need to know the year of the vehicle and brand of the hitch.

The Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV will fit with the Curt hitch but it will sit very close because the bike rack measures 7" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. The Curt measures 6" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper. So your current Thule rack will just clear the bumper by an inch.

To get more room, you could switch to a bike rack with a longer shank like The Yakima HoldUp part # Y02443-2. This rack has 12" of clearance when in use but only 7 inches when folded up so you would have no problem with bumper clearance while using the rack, and could use it folded up, but again, thie folded position would be close. If you go with the HoldUp, I recommend adding the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Cable, 9' Long part # Y07233 to lock the bikes to the rack. The lock cylinder is sold separately as part # Y07202.

Your best option is to go with the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # SA4414B. This rack has 13-1/2" of clearance when in use and 10 inches when folded. This way you could get full use of your rack. For this rack, you would want to add the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Bike Racks # SA3022 to secure the rack to the vehicle and the Saris Cable Lock - 8' Long # SA981 to secure the bikes to the rack.
