Question:

Have a ram 3500 with truck camper. Can I tow a Jeep Wrangler without any problems? Using 41-48” extension.

Since truck campers stick out past the rear bumper of trucks by quite a bit a hitch extender like the Titan part # RP45018 would be a great choice to allow you to flat tow your Jeep without clearance issues. This can be used as a 48 inch long extension or could be cut down to a 41 inch extension.
