We do have tailgate locks for your 2009 Chevrolet Colorado that appear on the linked page but the BOLT item you referenced # BL709231 is not a fit for your truck. BOLT does not offer an option for your truck.
Instead we can offer you both manual and powered lock kits from Pop & Lock, such as manual black lock # PAL1700 and power lock # PAL8160 that wires into the existing power door lock system.
