The best 5.30-12 wheel/tire combo we have for your 1992 Jayco J-Series Pop-Up Camper is the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel part # AM30700. The Kenda tire has an 840 lb weight capacity per tire and a 65 mph speed rating. It also comes with a two year warranty. The Dexstar wheel has the 4 on 4" bolt pattern that you need and it has a durable white powered coated finish.
The above should do an excellent job on your long, 10,000 mile trip.
