Question:

I am purchasing a runaway camper. i was going to buy there awning but i found an ARB awning and screen room. I need to know if i can use this on my range runner 6x8. It says it is 68 inches outside.? I am so confused thank you.

The 6 x 8-foot Runaway RangeRunner compact trailer has a fairly low exterior height so standard RV awnings that mount to the side of a trailer would be too low.

If you were to install a roof rack on the trailer, such as the Swagman Roamer LT # S80510, you could then use a vehicle awning such as the Yakima Slim Shady # Y36VR which will attach to the Roamer's square bars. Its very light 20-lb weight means little added stress to the Runaway's roof. It measures 6-1/2 x 6-1/2-feet.

If you'd also like to be able to add some more outdoor space you might consider the Let's Go Aero ArcHaus Tent Shelter # SAR024 which is 10 x 6-feet. You can add the Clip-on screen and floor insert # SAR031 that converts your shelter into a screened-in tent with a floor.
