Bike Rack Solution to Carry 2 Bikes While Towing Boat Trailer

Question:
Desire multi-purpose ball mount receiver bar rated 7,500 lbs with 4inch ball , minimum 12inch pin to ball length. Objective is to haul 2 bikes on ball receiver while towing boat. Vehicle - 2018 Silverado 1500 Boat - 23.5foot boat + tandem trailer + Gear = 6,000 lbs Current 7 1/2inch length ball receiver pin to center ball hole gives 36inch clearance between truck tailgate and Boat Bow.

I have a better option for you, but the # D210 does not have the drop you need of 4 inches so it would not work out for you. The rest of the criteria you mentioned matches but not the drop. So instead check out the bike racks that are designed to attach to ball mounts like the Swagman Traveler XCS part # S64664 which you can attach to your current ball mount and gives you ability to carry 2 bikes.
